Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 7, 2026
Our commitment. The House of Hygiene is built for working clinicians, and that means everyone. We want every learner to be able to use our courses regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

The House of Hygiene LLC is committed to providing a website and learning experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we do

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As we add interactive cases, we test them for keyboard access and readability, and we review the site periodically. Some older or third-party elements may not yet fully conform, and we are working to improve them.

Using assistive technology

Our courses are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and browser zoom. If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier, please tell us. Your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Need an accommodation?

If you have difficulty accessing any part of our site or completing a course, contact us at contact@thehouseofhygiene.org and describe the problem and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you to provide the information or course content in an accessible format and to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of The House of Hygiene. Please let us know if you have suggestions for how we can improve.
