Readiness by discipline domain
Readiness here is accuracy × coverage — how well you score and how much of the domain you've actually worked. It stays low until you've covered the material rather than just sampled it, and climbs as you finish more drills and cases. (The discipline-based half of the NBDHE is 200 of 350 scored items, weighted as shown; the other 150 are case-based.)
